Amongst other things his clay resume is growing more and more impressive with each win, 20 titles overall now, 11 of those are masters 1000 level, 3 are RG titles and now also olympic gold, five remaning titles of those 20 are smaller ones such as amersfoot, 3 serbia opens and whatever that last 250 is (he played it eons ago and it doesn't even matter anymore...), 75% of all his titles on clay, which is exactly three quarters are elite level titles! If Novak shoots, he shoots big! To Rafa's credit though bigger portion of his clay court resume is also comprised of elite titles (if i am not mistaken it's at least 40 titles out of 63, so it's also very big percentage!), but other players of the past, who were great clay courters and who scored 20 or more titles don't have big titles favour their clay court resume, for example Muster who amassed 40 titles on the surface, but only 7 of them were of elite level, his 6 masters 1000 titles and only 1 RG title! That puts things into perspective!
