For the conventional (two plane) swing this seems to be a technically perfect golf swing with a perfect one plane backswing and then the higher plane at impact (which is the impact plane of all golf swings) see the comparison of planes at 1:24. Single plane golf starts the address at a higher (impact) plane and holds to this plane throughout, which is simpler for most anyone willing to give it a try. It also lessens or eliminates back pain problems. I started my 16 year old daughter on single plane golf and she is already between bogey golf and double bogey golf in only 8 weeks (five rounds!) starting from zero. We may move on to "conventional" golf style and if we do I would want her to model the swing in this wonderful video.

Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my work colleague after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical success with it.
im no expert, but isnt she totally getting stuck on the downswing and trying to save it by flipping her hands through impact?look at her face on, her arms are a jangled mess through the hitting zone. yeah, her body stays within lines, and her club is parallel bla bla bla, but from what I can see, she has a major swing flaw going on here. shes currently ranked 135 in driving accuracy. hmmmmmm

Shaft is flexing forward right before impact
that really does not happen. It's a camera limitation that gives that illusion.
