The Ns7ii & iii are instant classics and future collectors items. Who knows, maybe one day secondhand prices for well kept examples may exceed original release price. Be smart, pick one up now, while prices are still reasonable! For scratch DJ's these beauties are priceless.
I just put one on layaway. It's in great condition and comes with a road case. I hope I won't be disappointed with it. It's a substitute to the rane one for me. At half the price with a case
so far so good with this NS7 III i like it alot, it does what it's supposed to do and it's got a lot of good features. very solid build quality. well made and looks very nice. the sound quality is excellent. and it's a good way to get paying gig's...
Dope, it's their Flagship line. I own the DDJSX2 and it's been a tank for me for Over four years But now I'm buying one of these Same same low down payment and then pay it off in a few months. I look forward to learning alot about it prior to my first gig... Which is in four weeks.. I'm doing a wedding. For about 100 People. Should be a good time.
assign the sampler to a channel for volume control or double press the sampler tab and use the velocity pads the softer u hit the pads the quieter the volume
Had mine a year in October still love it wouldn't swap it. I'm house DJ not a scratch/hip hop guy so I can say without doubt this ain't just a hip hop controller. Anybody coming from a old skool vinyl background will find a home with this beast and it is a beast #heavyasfuck !!!! That aside you won't find a better controller for serato
Only thing i would like to see and it really pisses me off that it's in there it is the crossfader, why isn't that fader an innofader pro.I know that this it is a really small thing and only for turntablists, but man numark is working with innofader for years now and their flagship should have that in,or at least the option to customise that in an easy way.
can you use.. multiple effects with that spexail filter button... controlling fliter and two or threee efects witht the same knob depending if the efffect is turned on?.. becouse you showed only one effect being used.. i ws wondering if you turn on two efects wif the knob will affect the filter (itself) + effect 1 and effect 2.. if effect 1 and 2 are on also?.. and i would love if some unite would have key changing ability that is pu t on a knob.. and i know serato has that but i use virtual dj becaouse seerato doesnt hav a pre-listen playlist..
Can you turn the vinyl mode temporarily off and pitch bend with the platter? Like say I drop a track in just a bit too early/late and it's slightly out of beat. I heard somewhere you can't nudge it like a traditional vinyl so can you do this?
Here's a couple of answers. 1 - To answer your question directly, you can using the "motor off" button right above the pitch control and turn off the vinyl motor and get pitch bend only. 2 - You can definitely slow down or speed up the platter like traditional vinyl. I use it this way and haven't touched the "motor off" since I bought it. 3 - You could always use the + and - buttons below the pitch control.
I want one of these but don't get how the music is played through mp3 what service can I use or is a rental monthly subscription able to let me scratch?
Even with the torque adjustment and calibration that the unit has, do you notice any lagging that is apparent vs the real life feel from a Technic 1200 turntable? Thanks!
It really comes down to having a good computer with good USB latency. With my computers (Core i7) I have no issues on 2-3 computers. It feels just like a 45 on a technic.
This helps immensely in my decision making for this unit. I have a i7 MacBook pro so it'll suffice. For someone looking to focus on scratching you think the fader will last?
I've put mine through hell for the last year 3 nights a week and it's still clean and not giving any issues. Just ordered a NS6II so I'll have a review up for that in the next week or so. Thanks for watching! :)
@@Wowyana hi! Do you still have your unit? Do you have any issues with it? I just got one (sept 2021) so just asking around for “years-later reviews”. Thank you!
Size. Coming from an NS6, it feels slightly smaller. You're going from a 6" jogwheel to 5.2", and adding the touchpads feels like it clutters it. The mixer itself is very close to the same size, where the NS7II/III are both HUGE compared those mixers... length and width.
I've played on the DDJSX-II, and it's a nice mixer, but I prefer the larger controls and vinyl. The DDJSX-II is probably the closest thing to a modern NS6.
Mine worked for a couple years without doing this. Now after a serato or windows update it glitches every couple hours and half of the time only cuts out the other half becomes unresponsive and ruins the mix I am an hour into. Do not even bother trying to deal with Numark, they do not give half a $#% about you. I'm through 4 xfaders and now have two broken upfaders so can not use channels 1 & 2, of course the center of all the EQ knobs/ filters wore out, and that strip search never ever worked properly. "Worst engineering of a controller ever PERIOD"
good video good tutorial the only thing i think u need to check into is that you said the F.X. dont apply to the microphone that is not correct, in actuality, you can do some cool sound F.X. to your own human voice through the microphone. it's simple. but it's something you need to play with and you will get it. you will see what i'm talking about the more you look into it. and at the time of this release the sampler bank's only had "6" sample slots . now of course with the newer Serato software there are "8" sample slots one that Co-responds with each touch pad . but yes sir all of your stuff here that you covered is good info thats why im watching it i am just now . upgrading to the Numakr NS7 iii after about 4 years of using the Pioneer D.J. DDJSX2

I just got it learning it with your help, Thanks
What are you're thoughts on it?
I Have the NS7III for a little less than I year now it is the best controller out there right now bar none
Rocky Tulio how’s the build quality ?
James Amona Build quality is great man all metal built like a tank
Absolute garbage.
It breaks very quickly and has the cheapest components PERIOD
Brian McCloskey just the 3 screen is cheaply made
on the sampler panel you can asign the sampler volume to master or line,i do on my ns7 2 on chanel 4,so you can control the volume on your sampler
what are the steps to assigning the sampler volume.. this information would be awesome!
How do you sign to a channel?

Is it possible to change out the fader?
@@bradproctor6499 yes, I have an innofader pro2 in my ns7ii. Just take off the top plate of the mixer and it's easy to get to the fader.
this controller is amazing.. my only problem is the weight..is too heavy to move around
Hi I bought mine on marketplace but after 30 seconds it won't work how do I get a license to get it for free
If your only problems with this unit are the platter size and no video.. you must be excited for the ddj rzx!

would u recommend the ns6ii?
I'd like to buy your NS6
I will put this up on Ebay as soon as I get my Ns7iii next week.
I decided to keep it as a back up.

BPM Supreme is one of the best at $30 per month subscription
Great video and overview
This guy makes me laugh.

DJ Josh Erie you’re awesome thank you
How to headphone cue with this unit? Im having problems not hearing song on the opposite deck while song playing.
hey all you got to do s push the round cue buttons above the line level up faders to hear that channel.
my platters will not scratch. I hope its user error and not a defective unit.
WOWQueen are you in vinyl mode?
Alonzo Hazel I figured it out. It was user error, my vinyl wasn't on tight enough. Now I can scratch with no issues lol

Thanks for tip. Still trying to decide. Keep up the good work on the videos
just ordered mine today. I cant wait to make a Dj mix to post next month.
how loud is the Fan?
Quiet
why my serato get the red color in the top when i connecting na7
may be that your computer processor isnt fast enough or you have on Wifi or something running in the background, hope this helps.

That's my same name for my IG Account, YT and SoundCloud! (LOL) 😂
NICE
you lost me at, can only use filters with software....
serato effect are just so horrible
Still not real vinyl
Actually I believe it is if you want to be literal, the material is vinyl
Sure it is it’s just 7 in vinyl
