Dragon Ball FighterZ (ドラゴンボール ファイターズ Doragon Bōru Faitāzu) is an upcoming Dragon Ball video game developed by Arc System Works and published by Bandai Namco for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows via Steam. It is scheduled to be released in January 26, 2018 for Japan, North America, and Europe. Confirmed by Bandai Namco, this game will have both a Japanese and English dubbing, with the English dubbing being handled by Funimation. All content is recorded and edited by me, Freex3r! Because she had to be in hiding from the Z-Warriors she suppressed her power
She can’t hunt without revealing herself, so in part she used the Energy Suppression Waves after reviving villains ri build up her power level
She suppressed her own power as a risk, causing her good side to surface and soon fission from her Evil Majin self
Still even if she didn’t use the waves, she’s dangerous as she’s basically Cell combined with Kid Buu
Had she decide to train, she would have gotten stronger on her own over time, with her candy absorption as a supplement
And had she Been blown to bits, she would have regenerated and Zenkai boost massively like Cell having Saiyan Cells
Still her Majin self is like a child and sought the easiest way to get stronger, by using the Waves and aborb her prey one by one as originally they’re supposed to be knocked out, but the link soul system caused by her good half and 16 thwarted that in the beginning

It's because Freeza has always been an iconic character, definitely unrivaled as the best villian in the franchise. The combination of being classy, well spoken, polite, well mannered in contrast with his occasional child-like mentality, callousness and enjoyment for blood lust, terror and torture makes Freeza the best. And when it comes to power, ever since Freeza's first introduction he was the most powerful being in the universe (before the introduction of Lord Beerus) that wasn't artificially created. And even in DB Super, his newer heights in power puts him in the leagues of Super Saiyan Gods Goku and Vegeta.

What is unique about Freeza is that he's already gifted with power from the day he was born. He cannot find a worthy rival in the Universe that can even test his overwhelming power. He just finds training to be a waste of time if nobody can challenge you so all he does is just stagnate and loaf around until Goku comes in the picture to dethrone him.
When Freeza finally trained himself, his power dramatically increased far beyond the Saiyan's power.
