The " Hyping " of Kigali, Rwanda is centered around 3 areas....ie.
1. City Cleanliness 2. Discipline & Order amongst drivers. 3. Top Notch Smooth roads & sewage systems. While most African Capital Cities score 60% & below, Kigali scores Above 80% in those 3 areas above. Keep it up Rwanda.

Its overrated! rwanda has only 1 city... ie.. Chigali.! and its the same size with kisumu which has made it easy to sweep and wipe everyday. by da way kisumu kenya is also equally clean and maintained.. just wish you would have paid a courtesy call to kisumu like your fellow nigerian kenneth nwache did. otherws i didnt have much but chigali rwanda is over estimated

The size of Kigali is just like a town in Nigeria...So it's easier for them to keep it clean but I appreciate Kigali anyway.

The whole Rwanda 🇷🇼 is barely the same size as Nairobi province which means it’s a very small country and therefore they have little work to do in order to build and develop their country when compared to other bigger countries!
But I feel like Kigali is doing great especially considering the history of Rwanda! Kigali isn’t overhyped nor is it underrated either!
But still I feel like most developments are based around Kigali, while their rural areas are still undeveloped!

Even the roads in the villages is more soother and cleaner than the roads in NAIROBI
First you have to understand that we are not too rich to change country in short time, we are trying our best to develop, and we do slowly, and development in the city can't be the same in rural areas, yes we are lucky because our country is small and we don't have many tribes, we speak one language which can be easy to communicate, kenya is rich country and educated people, I think it can be better if you decentralize your country and give responsabilities to governors, they can start competition and you will see how country change
