The tune is composed around 1982. The folkband Blå bergens borduner recorded it 1993 and 1994 Hedningarna arranged it in a another way and called the song Vargtimmen.
Thanks a lot for the clarifying info. We knew this piece only through a '96 children's music album by faroese folk ensemble Spælimenninir, and we didn't find any trustable source relating it to a composer. The description was updated!
