I think cd skip or boss dmg is fine for a first line. I am working to replace buff duration with boss 10%. I'm still getting used to using shinsoku off cd. I didn't calculate fragment efficiency, i went by power spike and sol erda:fragment ratio. I try to use as much sol erda as possible per fragment.
