To get seeds you can just destroy grass but seeds will not drop every time. You can also play a song in the juke box while the parrot is sitting next to it or nearby and the parrot will start to dance.
Karla Liard crops also drop their respective seed but for him it didn't happen.

Felix the game doesn't end when you defeat the Ender Dragon! There is a gateway that opens that leads to the outer End where you can find End Cities with Shulkers, they drop Shulker Shells which you can use to craft shulker boxes which let you have storage on the go, kinda like backpacks in a way! There are also flying ships which contain the special item: the Elytra which lets you glide, and if you right click with fireworks while gliding, you can fly! There is a lot more post-Ender Dragon so don't end the series then!!
or in other words, minecraft doesn't end
