- Pack my makeup bag with me for my Disney trip!! I just got back from LA and I'll be at Disney World when you're watching this, so in this video I went through all the makeup I brought on my first trip to figure out what I wanted to bring on the second one. I'm talking about what worked, what didn't, and why I decided to pack the makeup products that I did. I’m normally a half an hour makeup person (I do a full face of makeup for work), but when I travel I become minimalist: mascara, concealer, cream blush (I also use it in my eyes and lips), brow gel and lip gloss.

I'm definitely a makeup travel minimalist, I pack the absolute minimum in a pretty small makeup bag. I have refillable 10 and 15ml airless pump bottles that I'll decant base and skincare into, or I'll put heavier creams in contact lens cases or in really small jars I saved from other products. I also bought little 10 ml dropper bottles that I use for skincare as well. The key is that when I fill them up I continue using them even after I get home so the decanted stuff doesn't go bad. It works really well for me. I even use the airless pump bottles for some of the larger and bulkier foundation bottles because I have a set makeup box where I like to contain all my makeup within. I don't buy excess products but I will keep the oversized original bottle in a closet and just use the refillable airless pumps with a portion of that foundation in my working makeup case. I hope that makes sense.
I used small bottles for my skincare products! But I don’t have anything that small, 10-15ml - I didn’t know that existed! That’s handy though :)

Usually that’s the case for me as well! But since I actually knew what I would use this time cause of the first trip, I’ve been using everything :)
I will try to keep it simple when I travel. I will bring blush, bronzer (that can become eyeshadow) mascara, foundation and one cream eyeshadow stick. My brushes and a spooly for me eyebrows.
I definitely keep it simpler when i travel too!

I bring only 1 of each item when I travel, except maybe for lipstick where I’d pick one neutral and one statement color. And I pare down my tools also, bringing things I can apply without brushes. I just stick to a blendiful-type makeup puff and an eyelash curler.
is blendiful a word?? i love it!
