Here is how - prepare you streak with your favorite seasonings and then vacuum pack it in individual serving sizes for yourself. Ignore the recipes that tell you how to cook the Skirt steaks, they all come out very similar. Instead, cook the steak using the Sous Vide method of 20 hours at 142º!!!
