This is how I imagine the two routes would go…
The Fun Gang spares The Angel’s Eye: The Angel’s Eye finally finds peace, is content after a long battle; free of its rage and anger, and ceases to exist. Silently. It closes its eye… A distant, disembodied voice says: *”Thank You…”* and it fades into oblivion, never to be seen again.
The Fun Gang slays The Angel’s Eye: After dealing enough damage, The Angel’s Eye, with one last pained, agonized screech, crumbles apart and then explodes in a beam of light, gone forever.

We aren't the angel from what we know, we never were, we also aren't the angel of Undertale, those would be Asriel (Pacifist) and Chara (Geno), they have seen the surface, came back to the underground, and made the underground go empty, we, as the player, never saw the surface until we finish a pacifist route, and we never make the underground go empty (even in geno, we never attack npcs or explore the 98% of underground we never went to, Chara erases everything tho)
Asgore in the neutral route, if flowey doesn't attack him, he attacks himself to give us his soul, saying that maybe we could find a way to let the monsters out of the underground, so if Frisk somehow manages to do that in post-neutral, they would be the Neutral route Angel, that would be cool for a fanmade Undertale sequel (I doubt toby makes this) even if it's in comic form (as the player isn't really there anymore, and Frisk doesn't have the ability to Save, and neither does Flowey, because we, the player, still are in the Underground)
