Dino always get tease by his hyung but in reality they really care for him. Even though Dino is the youngest, he's actually very mature, so thats just how they give attention to Dino. Member that gets tease a lot in seventeen is Mingyu, Dino, Scoups and Seungkwan (TALKATIVE member). Member that gets love a lot is The8, Jun, Joshua, Wonwoo (QUIET member). As seventeen's fan, we didn't emotionally judge them by the way they behave/play around bcs svt like to prank/tease/trick each other. So be prepared😂But outside the show, they so soft and concern about each other. Trust me, once you get into the fandom, you will see what i meant. I've never seen any group like seventeen bcs they so lovely.

It also took me the longest to tell apart Jeonghan and Joshua, it seems pretty common among new fans. Dokyeom is also known as DK, the first consonant is taken from each syllable. The first video of seventeen that I ever watched was the going seventeen 2020 episode 27, the Halloween special, so I always recommend that one.
I also used to confuse the members at first, especially Joshua and Jeonghan 😅😅😅

"how can you recognize" honestly its probably just a matter of getting used to their faces lol, you'll start to notice the differences after awhile! Also probably helped that I got into them when they had differently colored hair lol
Dk is a shorter name for dokyeom (his stage name) also when members say like dokyeom-ah, Dino-ya (the “ah” “ya”) is a way of speaking to someone who you have a closer relationship with (friends/family ect.) and typically it is said by someone older or someone that has the same age.

Just watch many of their contents and maybe you will get the different between Jeonghan and Joshua. But Jeonghan mostly has the long hair and more calmer than Joshua. Or another tips, if you see someone goes CRAZY, that's Joshua. Also Joshua is half American so he can speaks english while Jeonghan can't.

So I'm here AGAIN 😅😅😅 So yeah They are really funny and their contents are so fun to watch . I recommend you to watch Going seventeen ( it's their weekly variety show ) and it's one episode everyday Wednesday. Also they have 2 main dancers just like they have 2 main vocalists , the main dancers are Dino and Hoshi ( he is the one in charge of creating choreographies)
I suggest you to start watching GOING SEVENTEEN because not only their songs are good, but the people in them are really funny. I recommend you to watch the GOING SEVENTEEN eps "Bungee Jumping" first to warm up

Tho I never got confused between Joshua and Jeonghan as Jeonghan was the one who brought me to the fandom, so his image was imprinted in my mind but here are some differences
The main difference between Jeonghan and Joshua is that Joshua has deer like eyes and the corner of his lips are a bit upturned, while Jeonghan has big pretty eyes and thinner lips. Also if both are laughing and even the lower jaw teeth are showing then that's definitely Jeonghan and if not then there is probability that that's Joshua. Their body figures are different now, used to be quiet identical with both of them being same height and pretty slim, tho they are still pretty slim but Joshua has bulked up quiet alot, those insane arms of his are to die for. The main reason for Jeonghan not bulking is because his body is not the type to gain weight and muscles easily, also because of having lowest stamina and the arm surgery, despite it all he never slacks tho. Also Jeonghan usually has longer hair, back in debut days it used to go even lower than his shoulders while Joshua never has had that long hair. Their noses are different as well, Joshua has a bit broader and straight nose while Jeonghan has smaller nose. Joshua has quite bigger hands while Jeonghan's hands are quite smaller. They both are pretty but both are different type of pretty. Joshua has beauty more towards masculinity while Jeonghan's beauty is more towards feminity (not hating him tho). Tho they click well together their personalities are quite different yet same. Joshua is more wild, crazy, unpredictable and smart while Jeonghan is more trickster, teasing, clever and smart. Both of them love to cheat ALOT. Joshua has alot of patience but Jeonghan always tests his limits😂

wdym how do we recognize Joshua and Jeonghan =)))))) i get it tho ppl tend to confuse them at first but trust me you will be able to distinguish them later, for me Joshua has very distinct features (his eyes and the corner of his lips really stand out for me). They are called twins because their personalities are kinda similar and they do give off similar vibes if u don't know them well. But once u know them you will see that they're very different

It's not gonna miraculously make you recognize everyone, but you should really consider watching "A super long Seventeen Guide", which is a 4 part vid taking time to show you the different members and little details about them, because it's really hard to try and recognize them without context otherwise.
