This is real food, not simulated meat, highly processed burgers or sausages. While these things are a way for those who which to transition from meat to meatless, they are not healthy and are kind of a trap. This looks incredible -- gyros are one of the main foods I miss as a vegetarian and new Brit (of course kebabs are very similar, but my American palate craves the flavours you make on your channel). I'd love to see a few more easy weeknight meals - e.g. how can I do gyros in 30 min with mushrooms/tofu/etc I can find at Tesco or Sainsbury's. P.S. That lions mane was huge!! All they had at the farmers market this morning were tennis ball sized. We have a local organic grower. I have friends coming over for tofu scramble with lions mane sausage for brunch today. My mouth was watering watching then end of this video. I am so impressed with the size and amount of mushrooms you are growing! I had an inexpensive cluster mushroom kit and it failed. Your beetroot marinade really makes mushrooms appear to weep myoglobin.
