I recently had a bad audition, and since I don't often get auditions, I've been beating myself up about it because I really wanted to get the part. This video helped me so much!!

Same! I struggle with call backs. Trying really hard to detach myself from the importance of getting it or not. Everyone has always said just focus, enjoy yourself, and move on.

Anyone else here after watching that one Greys Anatomy episode so you get to know the actor as a person and forget the character he played so your heart rate returns to normal? Man deserves an oscar for that role fr tho

I think this is one of the best videos I've seen about auditioning. Not just because it's full of great tips, but because it's good to know that it's still a process for seasoned actors, too. (It's MY audition, it's MY audition....)

He is so talented and has such a healthy perspective. I find so much encouragement in his clips.

Agent Fon Butterfield retired from The Secret Service and went into acting and took up the pen name Michael O’Neill
