Can you explain why do you always use same workout plans for all the goals you set like for becoming a boxer you moved to a full body split, but still the exercises were the same. What about other components of fitness like strength speed, strength endurance, power, agility. Now for eg you posted a full body workout plan for sports athletes. Now can a cricket fast bowler, mma fighter, boxer,gymnast, sprinter, cricket batsman follow the same schedule. What about exercise selection for different sports, different athlete requirements, on season and off season. Can you elaborate and make a detailed video. Just a genuine query.
