hardly a game changer correction but... If you take the training token it fills the round slot and is then scored at the end of the game. You had said if you choose to take the 2 points it "Scores immediately" which made me assume you might discard it rather than place it in one of the board spots. Also... to further clarify, the token gained must go into one of that exact elf meeple's 2 available slots, and only that elf in future rounds gains you the extra material if that elf in particular who was trained gets the bonus material when returning to that same shop. (I've seen that messed up by players before in the 1st Edition)
