Aside from the fact that it made me think my headphones were breaking (some freaky panning effects) I think this is one of the best tracks I've heard from a small IDM artist.
It's like he took the sounds and wrote his own melodies and chords etc... which I'm totally fine with and encourage others to do! Millions of songs written with same acoustic instruments for example.
