This nails The feeling i felt when i was an infantry nco and Squad leader staging For military exercise. The early Morning wake up, clacking of rifles being Carried, The cold wind and light rain hitting My face while waiting For platoon leader to give us a motorized marching order to our designated combat Area. Our platoon neatly lined up into squads in a strip of Woods, every soldier quietly just waiting. The tanks, PASIs and marching units passing constantly on The Road on front of us. And The waiting was The worst, you felt like running but you just had to wait. Commands shouted nearby. So unreal, you were so used to knowing The routine and Then suddenly everything was so tense and real. The waiting and tense atmosphere while everything around you finally felt powerful and deadly. It felt so unreal, amazing and a bit nerve cracking. II/14, 2.VK, I-SVP, 2014-2015
Yeah bro, OEF vet here, this hits those nerves right on the head. I remember the intensity with oncoming Taliban, knew they were coming on LLVI, we were going right into the Lions Den, if any soundtrack could play out the feeling, this right here does.
Love to hear an Abrams tank roll by *update I went to Fleet Week on Memorial Day 2023 seeing one branch and one branch only, the Marine Corps. Talking to active enlisted and officers and seeing their nice "Toys". I also asked them is it true that the MC disbanded all their tank battalions and unfortunately it's true... the way their describing it, seems like the tanks are too fat and too slow. after all they want to be fast and light force, rn they're sticking to Armored vehicles like LAV's and Amphibious Vehicles which are lighter, faster and more maneuverable than the Abrams
RIP Miller.
You can play with toy dinosaurs in heaven.
R.I.P Jonathan Miller 😔

Me too. Its the most beautiful sound ever.
Definitely it’s best series of battlefield
@@dimitryem0124 may. Bad company 2 war tapes had a better Abrams sound. Really emphasized the turbine whaling sound.
USMC could use the new M10 Bookers
Three words. FEAR. NO. EVIL.
The most sad mission of the series
-Thunder Run ^^
Original song is "Thunder Run".
The song is incredible, so I feel that I am on the battlefield as a gunner of an M1A2 Abrams and that I have to destroy targets and enemies.
The clatter of metal mixed with this audio. 👌
Love the title to this mission
1st battalion reporting for duty sir.
R.i.p johnny screw Sullivan for thinking it was his kid ting
