Just talking for myself, I love the longer videos. I can stop and save some or what I normally do, add it to my daily rotation and enjoy it all at one go. Thanks for sharing all this I absolutely enjoyed the heck out of it
I don't know if youtube sets a limit on length of videos or not. But I know other creators do over an hour. Personally the longer the better! Those of us that can't get out and explore depend on y'all to do it for us. The way you do it is the next best thing to being there with you.
@@JPVideos81 Thats what pause and come back later is for - It took me 3 chapters to watch this one - but that could have been 6 chapters and I would have kept watching - I like 40-80 minute videos, they have time to really cover a lot more material - ground, sites, discoveries, spiders, etc ;)
20 minutes or 3 hours ...u put out some awesome videos and le this old man to explore with u ...i thank u for all u do and Thank You for letting me adventure along
I agree with this comment 💯 I only differ in that I am not an old man but a middle aged woman ha ha ha There's something for everyone on this channel 👍
Great video JP! You find such amazing stuff out there and since you live on the east coast, so much hidden treasures and history in the woods and countryside, the east is the old side of the US and so much to find off the beaten trail, and you do a great job exploring these areas! Keep up the good work
I always enjoy revisiting places and seeing what else is around those areas that we didn't get to see before. I enjoy the longer videos. Like you said, if I need to do something (rarely do) I can pause it and finish it later. I like the bikes. We get to see so much more because you can cover a lot more ground and we don't miss anything.

I love your videos. I don't think there's one I don't like. Especially ones like this. It reminds me of when I was a kid and my friends and I would go exploring on our bikes following things like pipes rivers and creeks. Thank you for sharing!
What an amazing adventure on a great bike! It was an incredible journey, and it was wonderful to see all of this again, the beautiful hidden secret oasis, the mine entrances, and the gorgeous landscape. As always, the underwater footage is so fascinating. Thank you for listening and pressing on and searching for the pipe. Love your beautiful photos! Long or short and in between, I enjoy all of your videos, and yes, it would be awesome for you to go on adventures of random trails and just see what you find along the way exploring. Those videos are always so interesting! This video is fantastic, thank you JP! 💙
I like long chill videos. It would be a lie to say I watch it constantly with my full attention, but I got them running on another monitor and watching them like a documentary. Doing something else during the travel sections and such, paying more attention while finding and looking at things.
I love your e-bike adventures because I feel I am going along for the ride and experience. Thanks for your honest reviews of the bikes you have ridden. Thanks for sharing.
I like the e-bike portions of your videos. I like them because you’ve incorporated them into your adventures. So many channels that review e-bikes just show them riding down the street and the review really doesn’t tie into their regular content.
I’d be totally riding a standard bike on all of those trails just to get my workouts in. Trails are the best for workouts, you dont even need a gym. Thanks again for a great video as usual.
The old aerial views of these places are helpful, but what you really need for research is to go to the local county or city libraries in the areas you are exploring and see if they have old plat maps of these areas. I'd be surprised if they don't. These often go back well into the early 1800's and up through the 1920s...you can pinpoint areas and find out what types of businesses and even structures were located in these spots (like a possible water treatment plant you mentioned in this video). I've found them to be invaluable for detective work like that. Just came across your videos and really enjoy them! 👍
I am not into the e-bikes, but that does not stop me from enjoying your videos. I was glued to this one from beginning to end. I wish I could walk better and get out more, but I cannot. Don’t change a thing JP. ❤
I've been in that tunnel next to the Oasis. The rubble pile seems like it was pushed in there to block off the tunnel, as soon as you get over that peak the tunnel opens up at least 10 feet high. The top surface is in excellent condition and there's almost no debris on the floor. It's just one tunnel that goes back a few hundred feet with a slight curve, and at the end there's a wide but very low ceilinged area.
Excellent video JP, my absolutely fantastic under water footage to watch, it's really beautiful to see it. Really interesting to see where that pipe stops, then that means there's no water running through it interesting to see an abandoned under ground pipe
It's over 100 degrees outside but I'm inside with the AC ....coffee ☕ , and easy chair ...speeding along the trail with you . ...enjoying the breeze and cool lagoon . Cool seeing the little fish and frog 🐸 . The Cracker Barrel sign was a fun surprise . We celebrated our birthdays and anniversary there this week . LOL... Thank you for another adventure and yes ,looking forward to going back again to travel new trails ( glad your bike was safe ..it's a keeper for sure ! ) ..👍💙
I've been waiting for this one! Awesome area and wondering where that pipe went was such a great mystery! Cool bike and awesome adventure JP! Thanks for bringing us along!👍
With all the air coming out of those mines, there must be open air shafts somewhere. Be careful walking in those areas because they might not be gated and it would be like falling in a well. In that mine with the wide entrance, on the right side it looked like there was a big spider clinging to the roof when you shined your lights in there. Fun video and so interesting to me that it was down to the last 10 minutes before I knew it.
Fall into a well, you might land in water and live.fall in an air vent you land on rocks and die for sure.either way your stuck at the bottom and know one knows your there

I know it's not your typical content - but I would love to see you bring all our most of your e-bikes out to one of the offroad trails areas you frequent and do a head to head comparison over a fixed circuit (maybe 5 miles?) and compare battery pct usage, performance, ride and comfort, reliability, etc - you have quite the selection and it would be great to see how they compare since I'm in the market myself!
Not sure if it would be feasible or even possible, but it seems like it would be cool if you could get some sort of remote controlled device with a camera to go inside some of the mines and places that you can't physically enter. Also, not to sound critical, but just a suggestion--maybe you should upgrade your backpack that you bring on your travels. You could pack items in it to be ready for various situations. You always seem to be missing something that would be handy like swim goggles, flashlight, different footwear, change of clothing, camera stick, etc.(not to mention a first aid kit, which hopefully you already carry.) I know you can't bring everything, but your ebikes seem to have good carrying capacity to bring more items that you could potentially use. And regarding the video length, if they are longer than I wish to watch at the time, I watch them at a playback speed of 1.25. That way they take 20% less time, but are still easy to watch and understand. I hope that doesn't mess up your RUclips monetization! And ugh I wish I could afford an Ebike, this would help chronic fatigue me a lot with covering more ground for my own urbex channel I'm working on. @@JPVideos81 Yeah, always looking for cheaper used ones here. One day, maybe. Even thought about getting an Aniioki imported because they're not too expensive and would fit my needs ... We'll see.

I don't know if you've ever heard of the Western Maryland rail trail which is perfect for that kind of bike you have because it's an asphalt path and you see many many historical things along there. I normally don't like videos that are very long, but that's when people are talking blah blah blah but this is very interesting to me cuz I love exploring so an hour is really nothing! When it's super interesting and its nature and it's things that I love an hour is really nothing. No worries here.
Did you know that fish like laser pointers. I worked at a wall-mart years ago that had fish tank's all ways full. And just out of curiosity i grabbed a laser pointer near by and the whole tank started to chase it.
What a beautiful place! I could swear I seen a picture of this somewhere online. I bet that water is cold huh? My camera looks just like yours. We have tunnels like that that are barred off also. That's a great e-bike! I wish I had one but I know maybe you don't want it or like it but you really should have a helmet on because if you're riding in terrain that you could get a surprise Rock and if you fall and hit your head you could seriously get injured especially if you're by yourself. I have, but that whole area has been under construction for the last 2yrs with replacement of the bridges that I showed in those videos. Many of the ruins were demolished, but once that project is completed I'll return.
There is so much in this area to see....Can I join you on a journey?
Awsome video, awsome bike!
