I have a relative who has done masters in ayurveda. But, her lifestyle is complete different to her profession. Fast food consumption and chemical product usage is at peak. Don't even recommends anybody about our ancient ayurveda which is inexpensive, medicinal & effective having no side effects. This is how ayurveda dies when professionals don't promote it! But, here is a youtuber who is promoting our ancient science ayurveda and have cured a lot of life! Kudos to you!!

Under a Ayurvedic physician consultant Nasya should be given administered. I think you should mention that sir.

But keep in mind to avoid any digital device usage after sunset as the blue light will activate your brain cells therby by depriving you from a healthy and quality sleeping pattern.
