I remember, Vince Edwards, from the, Dean Martin show...I used to, watch, that show all the time.. I enjoyed, the song, by him, and the end with the "Theme" from, the Ben Casey show.... He was quite, the entertainer, thanks for the, memories, my dear...

There is a glimmer of hope for his short-lived tv series titled MATT LINCOLN. A distributor from Canada titled Visual Entertainment Inc. has started releasing short-lived tv series. There are 16 one hour episodes of Matt Lincoln plus the pilot film titled DIAL HOT LINE. Vince played a psychiatrist who practiced community psychiatry. He ran a walk-in clinic and a telephone hotline for emotionally troubled teens. The series aired in 1970 at the crazy hour of 7:30pm. Of course it missed its target audience and was cancelled. Never given a chance in a normal time slot. The address for requesting that this series be released on dvd from Visual Entertainment Inc. is customercare@vei.tv The more requests the better the chance. I literally have been asking, begging and requesting Matt Lincoln's release on dvd for 15 years. All the titles of Matt Lincoln episodes are the Proper Names of the character in the episode. Guest stars include Martin Sheen, Patty Duke, Peter Deuel, Barbara Feldon, just to name a few.

Another almost complete unknown over here, Karen. He certainly had no hits in the UK. I've heard of "Ben Casey" but I'm not sure that it was ever a TV show in the UK. (You may have gathered, I am NOT a TV watcher, so I may be wrong about that last comment!). Great tribute, however.
