Goodness!!! What a beautiful place!! I did not know the country was so beautiful. A long time ago, I used to read about an awful President and his wife, named Nicolae and Elena Ceaușes who were horrible and forced women to have babies and did terrible things to the citizens. There was a war at that time I think so people were miserable. I think they were murdered and the people were free to live again. There was also a huge building that was built. That is all I know about Romania. I need to do some research and add Romania on my bucket list. Thank you for the video!

1. Transylvania: Historically, Transylvania was part of the Kingdom of Hungary for several centuries, but it also had a significant Romanian population, and Romanians have been present in the region for a long time. After World War I, the Treaty of Trianon (1920) awarded Transylvania to Romania, largely due to the majority Romanian population at the time. The claim that there are "no Romanian historical traces" is misleading, as Romanians have lived in the region for centuries. 2. Northern Dobruja: Romania gained Northern Dobruja after the Russo-Turkish War (1877-1878) as part of the Treaty of Berlin (1878). Before that, it was under Ottoman rule and had historical ties to Bulgaria, but Romania was compensated for its role in the war with this territory. As with any historical topic, it's important to approach such claims critically and acknowledge the complexities involved, especially in regions with diverse ethnic and political histories. Your comment seems to represent a specific nationalist viewpoint, which may not fully reflect the broader historical consensus.

1. World War I: Romania initially stayed neutral during the war but later joined the Entente (France, Britain, Russia) in 1916, motivated by promises of territorial gains, particularly Transylvania, which had a significant Romanian population. This shift was part of Romania's strategic interests but viewed as a betrayal by Austria-Hungary, with whom Romania had initially signed a neutrality agreement. 2. World War II: Romania allied with Nazi Germany early in the war but switched sides in August 1944 after a coup led by King Michael I, aligning with the Soviet Union as the Axis powers were losing ground. This move helped Romania regain Northern Transylvania, lost in 1940, and accelerated the defeat of Nazi forces in the region. Both actions were typical of countries attempting to safeguard their national interests in a volatile geopolitical environment, but they are often viewed differently depending on one's perspective. Romania's shifts in alliances were strategic decisions aimed at territorial gains or survival
