This is a clip from my Twitch stream! I stream Rock Band Drums for 2 hours almost every day so come check it out!
The kit I'm playing on is a Roland TD-4kp. I'm on XBOX One, so I can't use a midi pro adapter until PDP releases their adapter in the fall. Instead, I'm using a GH:WT's midi port to play RB4. Since the GH:WT kit doesn't have enough pads for Pro Drums. I don't have access to Pro.

the score freezes at 1:48 I've never seen that before
When you get to the special part where you can go overdrive it doesn’t give you score for those hit notes in that part.
I'll never understand why these drums are much different than the studio version? Re-recording ?
This is the original recording of the song from 2001, the early demo before it was re-recorded for the album with a different drummer
watch?v=JRrgf17Ts6E - It's this one but Harmonix tried to edit the drum track in the intro to make it sound more closer to the more popular album version. Guitar Hero 5 (I think), got the album version.
it's not the one from 2001, but from their very first single back in 2003 (released only in the UK).
why the hell is the snare and high-hat swapped around?
On the rb stock kit, yellow (the high hat) is right of the snare (red) so it would be really hard to do this kind of drum song unless you lead with your left hand or was constantly crossing over

You’re hitting the cymbal on a note that’s not a cymbal. And then switching to the regular pads on the same notes that you were just hitting the cymbal on. That seems suspect to me.
Some songs that were early enough don't have a pro option. You see how all the notes are rectangles? In the pro version the cymbals have a round notation instead of the rectangle. But when it's the rectangle you can, if you so choose to, hit either the blue tom or the blue cymbal and both will register as hit. Whereas in the pro version if it's a cymbal icon you can only hit the cymbal and not the tom. If you watch more of his vids he has songs that use the pro version.

So this song does have pro settings, and it does in fact switch the red and yellow out in these segments; the reason why he's playing with the notes in normal mode is because of what he has in the description; the set he is using has to use a Guitar Hero drum kit midi connection which Guitar Hero's only had 3 pads, 2 hi hats, and the bass kick, it doesn't quite translate perfectly and doesn't enable pro mode.
