TOLL 👍👍👍👏👏👏👏
I just had a retread put on my reefer last week…. I drive 65-70 mph every day. Most tires fail from running flat or from locked brakes causing flat spots. Rarely see tread separation except from running low inflation. Retreads are illegal on steer tires but probably would be safe at lower speeds. You don’t ever risk a wild ride from a steer tire failure.
U should never use retreads what the point to save a few dollars but they might not save your life really what's the point my tires cost 250 dollars each
If they do this for a long time it works, dont expect similar quality like its a brand new tire, rethread is a rethread so you get what a rethread is. Good job, reusing old tires instead of just dumping.

Proper "Cold" retreading is actually done with heat (100 -110C) so this retreading process is questionable but if the tread stays on in a low speed agricultural application I suppose it works for their purpose. Safety and working conditions are abysmal but that's what comes with lots of cheap, available labor.
that big plate that they put the tire on near end that puts a lot of pressure down is being heated underneath for 12hrs. I'm sure that heat is traveling thru and getting to that welding agent to melt properly I don't think they're that dumb.
