+Stephanie Lynn I think the most important thing is to let them choose to initiate the healing. You will notice that my herd offers themselves to help people at liberty. They often work together and use sacred geometry in their patterns. It is also important to allow them freedom and friends. L et them out in pasture to run, roll and release whatever they have taken on. So essentially let them choose to help or not...let them choose what feels right for them as we do.
+Liz Mitten Ryan Such great advice! I have horses of my own and am looking into their therapeutic ways so I can also help others. I'm still learning so much from them myself, thank you so much for sharing!
My last experience with a horse was awful and terrifying. I thought I was going to die. I went out riding withsome others and I was not a high level rider . My horse started to compete with the other horses and riders and it just ran and I had absolutely no control over it. It just kept running and running in the wild fields and And I was screaming and I had no idea where we were . It's very difficult to express in words what that experience was. Eventually it stopped of course and I just fell off it from shock. I think I'm ready to reconnect with horses now :) I need to get to the bottom of this and move on :) .
+Bibi Landin I totally identify Bibi, No-one should ride a horse until they have dated, gotten to know each other and decide to have a relationship. It is as scary for the horse as for the person...
+Nicole Elizabeth because the horses are higher vibrational beings (particularly this herd that has chosen to be born into this work) that tune and raise vibration to take people to the place of higher ONE consciousness where wellness, oneness, wholeness and allness result...
I see what you did there, healing people with happiness.
I love how they willingly stand there helping! Any tips on what we should do to help the horses relieve stress as well? They take on so much of ours
