WOW, this is speaking right to my heart! I have a family situation were a family member has carried a grudge for years. I consider the situation done, forgiveness was asked, relationship restored..I forgave, she did not. Finding she still out of nowhere set us up as enemies again, for no reason. She see's us as enemies, I don't. I won't even go back into the reasons why she is upset because it would cause more issues. I would have to go back and revisit all the garbage that occurred back when we were in our late teens, early 20's. We are 51 now. My enemy but, it is in her mind. I feel a bit like David, with Saul. This is not my issue, and to allow myself to be pulled into it again would be to make me revisit a past that holds nothing for any of us. I would have bad feelings, I would be tempted to act in direct opposition to my Christian beliefs regarding forgiveness. Wondering, is it wrong for me to have issued a blanket statement, if there is anything in the here and now you are upset about fine, but I will not go back into the past. If that is the problem it will rest and fester in your heart. I will not go there IF there is something in the here and now, I am open to discuss it..since we haven't spoke in YEARS and the last time we spoke everything was fine I am at a loss. I do know a person came back into her life and at that time it brought things back up..BUT, it was NOT me, and I have remained out of the relationship. I wonder, am I wrong should I try and fix this or is it better for me to have issued my statement, prayed about it, and let it rest with her? I believe that as God would NOT say " hey, lets go back to the time when you..." it is removed and ALL that goes along with it.....any ideas? I am sorry but it seemed to me that the whole David/Saul issue was in here for my ears today as this JUST came to my attention this morning..I have to put it in my God box because it has already caused me too much sadness..and a feeling of defensiveness I do not think I need to own..God bless....THIS is yet another wonderful message!

tyree bruce Dear friend, I have children that may never forgive me for some wrongs. I've learned even after making amends I can only let Yahshua (Jesus) do the rest with their hearts. I pray this helps. Many blessings friend....Robert.

Brother, I don't know if you watch these comments but as you were reading the Psalm you mentioned verse 11 "And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly....". How did David know that? Ezekiel saw this 500 years later. David's only recorded knowledge of the cherubim was related to the Mercy Seat. Any thoughts?
