I think that this message from Pastor Begg is the most concise heart piercing, healing, and liberating that I have ever heard in 50 years of being saved. Or maybe I needed it so desperately now. I have never read this scripture without thinking, well I could never say what David said, I’ve committed too many sins, I have no righteousness of my own- Thank You Lord , I love You, thank You for leading me to this message Alistair gave. 🥰 I will need to listen to this many times, God bless you dear brother
I was a sinner but we in Christ Jesus have been delivered, set free from the bondage of sin. I'm not saying that borne again folks don't ever sin, but we don't live under that bondage of sin after we are born again. Transformed from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of light, we are set free from that bondage, we are saints that sometimes sin. Blessings to all
What a marvelous privilege to be made His children through the grace of Jesus forgiveness. We can live in peace and have the assurance of His salvation, blessed assurance Jesus is mine! Thank You my LORD!✝️❤️🥰
I am unclean and a sinner, I have had delusions that I was searching and struggled with sin and somehow God was teaching me and pleased. I never searched for my own spiritual fruit but relied on others in thier preaching and song. I pray for those struggling with similarities. Jesus Christ died and rose on the third day for me also the World ( John 3:16 ). I have no right to write any other public post, for I'm still limping through my race.
I grope for God, too: Acts 17:27-28 [27] that they would seek God, if perhaps they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us; [28] for in Him we live and move and exist, as even some of your own poets have said, 'For we also are His children.'
Me too! I keep rewinding. I know the Holy Spirit teaches you but I would just graze this section and not give it a second thought. Thank you Father for Pastor Begg and using him to make me go deeper in your Word.
Had to smile when you covered CS Lewis cottage to a palace. Of course, He starts a remodeling job. He's the King who lives in us, and He deserves a palace! Roll up your sleeves and get to work! This was a great sermon, Alistair!
