Method RC has belted ones I have been looking into them. I just finished my Arrma Mojave EXB running 40kg brushless servo, same spectrum Firma 160 amp 8s ESC, 1650kv motor with a 19 tooth pinion a couple of power hobby twister fans that sound like jets. Great video but yea method RC there belted too. But u have to glue them. Hopefully 2marrow I go 6s test run. Nice truck…

I'll look into them. 8s is crazy power in these but it's fun. 6s is fast but more tamable. Sounds like a great build you have too.

If you're running the Spektrum 1250kv motor, you can gear up even more than that 25T pinion. When I was running the 1250kv motor on 6s, I think i ran a 44T spur and 30T pinion. I don't remember off the top of my head. For tires, I run the proline badlands and the jconcepts (landmines) that are made for the Mojave.

Thanks for the info. Yes it's the 1250kv .The highest I ran was a 30t with stock spur on 8s and was having heat issues with 1/5 scale tires. I geared it down for that reason. I would like to it on 6s with 28t to start. Also I was thinking about checking out Method Rc tires. I was told they can handle 8s speed runs. I'm really enjoying 6s though.

The wheel I'm running requires trimming of the body but I'm wanting to buy the Method RC set as well. I'm hearing great things about them plus no trimming.
