Also I’ve been rewatching the reborn series and in I think part 21 or 22 you said Aizawa can’t erase magic but I’ve thinking about it and since quirks did originally come from magic, there should be some magical properties in his quirks which would also allow him to erase quirks. But that’s what I think, whether you use it or not is up to you

When you are explaining it with keeping the ki inside his body than it works like perfected super saiyan blue from the manga when goku kills fused zamasu which is very taxing to the body rather than the kaioken you know from the anime (the manga version is my personal favorite btw because it was so cool someone overpowered a fusion alone)
