Search how to run your home like a business and a woman named Karen has a program to learn how to do this. Because I did pay for her program I understood what this woman was trying to say, she has one free video on RUclips about it.
I wish I could be like a CEO. My husband says I am already bossy regarding things around the house, but I am the one who is caring for the home full time. So doing any designating is out of the question for me.
In a company, it’s not the CEO who “makes the money”. The money operations occur at a lower hierarchical level: primarily supply and/or services. The CEO helps to ensure the vision/goals are aligned with the processes employed. Running a home is not about controlling the people within it or owning the dollars. There’s a higher mission: the well-being & longevity of the household to include those within it.
My cat runs my home, but he refuses to be the CEO. He'd rather be the power behind the throne. Couldn't agree more about what you said about being just a stay at home mum! I am single with no children, but I used to say this all the time to my best friend, as she used to describe herself like that all of the time. Surely the most important job on the planet is raising the next generation? Lot of good ideas in this video.
That is the position most women that have children are in. They have to work outside the home because people cannot make it on one income in the society. But overall men are doing very little of the housework or other management of the house.
Want to make your partner feel 2 inches tall? Go home and ask, "who is the family CEO?" If you're the CEO, you already know the answer. If you have to ask, you're not the CEO.
