I met the horse they use for the Headless Horseman ride. He’s big, sweet, baby that loves to have his nose scratched!
P.S.: I give props to the riders who have to learn to control a big horse like him with the just their legs and one hand.

That training is common for all experienced and well trained riders. It takes physical strength and good balance to coordinate your hands , seat and legs, then the horse and rider practice. The 'seat" is the ability for the rider to remain in the saddle without any gripping of the legs or hands, it takes core strength and education.

I’ve actually played Sleepy Hollow as a theater once! Me and my theater group played our own version of the story! And I was playing Ichabod Crane! And the guy who played his/mine rival Brom Bones was a 10 years old little boy! I was 25 years old!

That is very doubtful from a liability aspect that would be tremendously dangerous for the horse, rider and guests. I teach Medical law and Ethics, it deals with liability, as an experienced rider and horse owner I will comment that that certainly would cause numerous lawsuits , not the least from the Humane Society.
The horse will suffer from damage to its internal foot structures causing the disease laminitis, that in turn causes permanent crippling. One dash into the crowd and the horse will probably kill spectators ,especially children. Disney executives are a lot smarter than that.

If only Ichabod was on his own horse, 'cause the Ride of the Valkyries ride is much more creepy and atmospheric (but I know more potentially dangerous for falls).
