My first flight with UL was from Colombo to Jakarta. Surprisingly the crews are nice. Food was ok. IFE not too bad. I think Srilankan must have more attention. Like your videos !

Row 7 does have a window, however the seat does not recline due to the emergency exit row behind it

I do recall 8F having a window, however the window seats of row 8 have a much restricted window view.... all you get is a little part of the common window between row 8 and 9.
I'd recommend the seat pitch though
