amazing how they managed to recapture that distinctive 80s sound (the rhythmic bass drives me nuts).. after all, they're the kings of 80s pop, nobody else would have succeded.. Thank you Durans :)

I saw them couple nights ago In Brighton, their first stop on the UK tour. MY GOD were they awesome. I couldnt fault them. Everything from Simons Voice, the bands instruments, crowd interaction with the band was just amazing!! This song sounds great live! If they tour again I will definately get tickets to see them again. I have uploaded a video of them playing Girl Panic from Brighton. check it out!

The drums are very early Duran Duran right through. The funky distorted guitar chords, the classic Duran slap bass, Nick's brassy synth part, even Simon's vocal style is classic Duran Duran. Takes me right back! I was a major fan from the start, the Duran Duran album (1980) was the one of the first albums I ever bought.
and btw earlymtv i think youtube provides the same music samples mtv or radio ever did cheap people dont buy music I buy music i go to concerts you cant change people but duran duran will always make their money as will any other groups that have real talent
@logom0 Nah... Just checked and as I suspected this is already a tiny bit slower than Girls On Film and very much slower than Rio. Just about the right tempo for a classic Duran Duran track. ^_^
