Succulent leaf propagation in soil

I decided to do succulent leaf propagation in soil of two echeverias. I pulled off a bunch of leaves and propagated them in soil.
I lightly watered the topsoil every week or two. Since the pot was on a heat mat, in a south-facing window, with several hours of direct sun, the soil would dry out quickly, enabling me to water every week without problems. But I would only use a little bit of water, just to get the topsoil wet.

This wasn't the video I used but I can definately say this method works even if your forget to spray the leaves but it does take a long time to work but hats just how succulents are also if you want them in individual pots I would put them in their own pots when their roots are a centimeter long
