2016 Hart Vision Leader of the Year: Kiumars Arzani

The 2016 Hart Vision Leader of the Year was given to Kiumars Arzani, the Founder and Executive Director of Ivy Bound Academy in Sherman Oaks, CA, and a CCSA Capitol Advocacy Leaders (CAL) Liaison. He is a loyal supporter of the charter school movement, and has been a proponent and voice for change and advocating on behalf of charters at the state level.
