Another method for teleporting: -Have "match making" option closed -Have "show all" jobs in interaction menu -Pick job on map -Spam right click IMMEDIATELY while job is loading... -You'll be asked to leave job. Press "enter" to leave -You will spawn at job location 👍🏾
Remember to leave all your CEO warehouses at 74 crates or less (For large warehouses) otherwise you *will* be affected by the current silent raid bug while afk even if you are not registered as a CEO.

Also MC stuff can get raided even if you have like 10k worth of stock in there, rare but it still can happen and i assume similar thing could happen with bunker and nightclub as well.
I thought it was 77 crates or less. The one day I accidentally had my warehouse staff source a create, putting me at 78 and 2 minutes later it was raided. I have never had problems with 77 crates.
If you change your resident DJ from the terminal in your arcade you don’t have to endure the cut scenes or have get moved to the dance floor so you can change as many times as you like to get full popularity. I use the rubber band method for afk. Had no idea you could sit at the meet and rank up. I sell a lot from my autoshop so I'm ranked at 98 right now, now I can get that livery for my Euros.
Sometimes on my Xbox the car meet method idles me out so I do the rubber band thing too. Always on an old controller I don't use anymore so I don't give my good ones stick drift.

Switching dj's at nightclub/arcade basement computer saves you the cutscenes of switching dj's and you can click 10 times to switch dj without going out of the screen for a full bar of popularity
One thing I’ll say is if you have an arcade with the master terminal always rebook your DJs from there so you don’t have to deal with the cutscene and walking back to the computer it may not look like you bar is filling up in real time but it does actually fill the bar
So you know you can cut out the car meet and just sit at your nightclub on the couch in your office and watch the dj feed to afk. That method still works as I personally use it.
Sitting at ls car meet does everything watching dj does but also boosts ur rep in car meet, car meet is more beneficial and takes no time at all to get it set up
Not to be derogatory here, but I really find videos like this so damn funny. I've maybe had GTA for a total of 2 months with 370 hours on it, and already I feel kinda bored... I own every business fully upgraded. I've done all the heists except for the Pacific Standard, and I own (in my opinion) all the best vehicles in the game. Now I get that people can't really afford to no life GTA like I did, but literally.... If you have to resort to NOT PLAYING THE GAME in order to progress in it, why even play at all? I bought GTA knowing full good and well that I'd simply be enjoying it for the experience. Therefore the grind doesn't feel like a chore to me. Well... It does NOW. Now that I've pretty much done everything. And I make a valid point here, because after you grind your way to the top, there's nothing much else to do except fool around in public lobbies... It's not like there's a huge scale epic war mode like Battlefield where anyone can call in whatever vehicle they want with NPCs helping you. No replayability... You get to the top, and then you're like "Now what." So for anyone reading this, I'd just stress to you the importance of just PLAYING the game and having fun. Cause once money is no longer an issue, the game loses it's purpose. At least, that's my opinion anyway. Hope it's useful to someone out there.

I didn't even know this was a "money method." It's just something that I've done for a really long time now. LOL Basically since the LSCM was added to the game in the 'Tuners' DLC because I did it even before they changed the nightclub's pay when 'The Criminal Enterprises' DLC came out.
It's not a method, it's just what ends up happening after you buy everything lol... he just saw an opportunity to monetize the basic knowledge with a video & this is what we get.
You can also do it in the storage floor computer of the nightclub. I believe the only way where you have to watch a cutscene is actually in the actual nightclub office.
Tip: Go To Basement Level 1 then rebook DJ's over and over you won't get the cutscene of the DJ's swapping so you can do it quicker (tis also cheaper than buying a new DJ)
it is also nice to know, that u r making money afk inside the ls-car meet. every lvl up u make money. u make 300 rep points per hour, when u wear a ls-car clothes. so i make over 2 lvls ls-car rep,when i am afk a night. and i am over lvl 250, so i make 50k dollar per lvl. in one night afk in ls-car meet i make 100-150k extra money. the moneylevels are 1-100=5k per lvl, 100-200=10k per lvl, 200-250=20k per lvl, over 250 u make 50k per lvl up. 😉
If you swap djs from a computer in one of the basements you don't have to watch the cut scene it just swaps them instantly while your still looking at the screen.
Arcade will make 50k over night assuming we all do the average 8 hrs of sleep. 100k/5k = 20. 20 x 48 = 960. 960/60 = 16. So if you maxed your arcade to the 5k/48 you will be at 50k when you wake up
My nightclub just got raided and lost about 1.4 million by going afk watching nightclub dj livestream as ceo. So going to give this a try this without being a ceo and see if it helps.
Hey just a question here. Is it possible to grind RP with this theoretically? I mean like you could have a friend be a CEO and then you could enter the car meet with your friend and could it give the proximity/driving around with VIP? I’m unsure if you have tested this.

I was playing through AC4 Black Flag for 100% completion. I just discovered 8 years later that the Kenway’s Fleet was a 100% passive way of making in game income. Like a mobile game where you start up a 8-10 hour passive mission. Log off your Xbox and come back the next day and all your missions finish. Why can’t Rockstar do this with passive businesses in game like the nightclub or the bunker business?

The passive income for your Arcade is determine by the number of cabinets you have in your Arcade. You alternate between two different games and fill up all the slots you can generate up to $5K per 48 minutes being deposited in your Arcade’s safe.
@Pooborama, you can do it even lazier en faster getting your nightclub popularity back up. Just DONT use the main computer in your office on the main nightclub floor, go a floor lower (where your car garage is and your illegal goods are kept) and use the computer there to change DJ's, if you do it from that computer, you won't get the annoying time consuming mandatory video seeing the DJ's trade places, the change will be instant, saving you huge amounts of time Hope this helps being even more lazy :)
Some corrections: you can still AFK at a security camera without being kicked. However, you can no longer watch the in game tv to AFK. When you change your DJ to increase your popularity, do it from on the basement levels in your nightclub, that way you don’t have to watch the cutscene.

That LS car meet AFK method isn't even the best or easiest. Just walk into the casino doors and when it asks "penthouse or casino" dont click anything.

I always rebook my Dj's in the arcade because you fill the bar in seconds instead then running up and down the stairs in the nightclub

Just to confirm security cameras still work, make sure not to minimise you’re game tab if you are on pc.
Watching security cameras works for afk as well as watching the DJ Stream in your nightclub
However if you afk in car meet, you'll also get car meet reputation.

The fee will still be charged. So best disable CEO or MC club while afk. Also prevents raid.

I use heist invite from Lester to teleport into my apartment. Then I have agency, nightclub, office and arcade all really closed to each other.
I do not get kicked for sitting at my security cameras at my night club on Xbox it stills work

Only time I get kick cause my internet has been disconnected, it funny cause I only have internet problems when I play gta online

I use my office and use the decoration menu. IT allows me to alt tab and the game keeps running at 1fps.... saves A LOT of electricity and heat.

You need to do 500 security contracts to get the 50k a day. I'm pretty sure each one you complete gives you $500 every in game day

That LS car meet AFK method isn't even the best or easiest. Just walk into the casino doors and when it asks "penthouse or casino" dont click anything.
