I love how direct and informed Dr. Fuhrman is. At first I was reluctant to take the few extra steps and minutes to “work” the onions, but not only is it healthier according to the science, the food (soups, sauces) taste better with the infusion of flavor. Worth the extra 2 minutes.
I bet you then clean the blender from the smell of garlic... 😂 just kidding, ahah p. Q: Is myrozynase in raw cabbage as well? I don’t tolerate alliacee unfortunately they gives me acidity in my stomach 😢

So is this a raw soup? Or do you add the blended vegetables and allums and juices etc into a pot to simmer and reduce?
The key is to blend first. Then you can heat, reduce or do whatever else you want to do with it.

Does freezing this purée negate the nutrient value?
Will not that juice (especially carrot juice) lose its nutritional value in couple hours? Doesn’t juice always should be freshly made?

Recipe:: take any vegetable soup recipe. Blend the vegetables raw first (with a bit of water or bouillon). Otherwise follow the recipe.
