Of course, it'll change. Other artists say you have to double the measurements when you draw on A3 but honestly, I didn't try it myself. If you already tried it, let me know how it goes.

WHAT IS THE SUBSTITUTE OF BLENDER AND BLACK MICRON PEN?

The substitutes of the blender are tissue paper or Q-tip. And the Micron pens you can replace them with any affordable black liner you found unless you'll add watercolor later. so you have to make sure it's waterproof pens like Micron.
