- SL155/2 million Soul Memory invasions with using Zweihander, Drakewing UGS, Heide Knight Lance/Sword, Defender/Thorned Greatsword and sometimes Black Scorpion Stinger & poison infused Channeler's Trident for chase down/heal punish. Miracles are actually viable, hard hitting and most importantly, very fun in this game. I found Blinding Bolt into Emit Force/Sunlight Spear combo quite effective.

DS2 where faith sorcery dark magic and Pyro ACTUALLY work
Which is why I love pvp in this game. Faith is actually incredibly viable and fun at the same time.
@@Lunadherent elden ring better take some notes from dark souls 2. The movement system is much smoother and instant for some reason.
@@shawncamp333 The only thing I hope they transfer is the spell viability tbh. Movement is so floaty and horrendous in DS2 and attacks feel like cutting through butter. I'm hoping more of a BB approach but it's likely that we'll get roll spam hell of DS3 unfortunately.
@@Lunadherent they admitted to knowing we have high expectations of their game creation and Efforts in elden ring. I'm sure they learned no one wants straight sword hit boxes. And Roll spam. Ds3 did a HORRIBLE job at punishing roll spamming. It was luck based like. Roll spamming isn't cool fromsoft
@@shawncamp333 Hope ER delivers a good pvp. I have no doubts about pve but I'm scared pvp will be too similar to ds3 in worst ways possible. Hope I'm wrong but we'll wait and see.

Yeah the dumbass was shooting Climax with 0 zero souls ahahah. I'd have been dead if it was just Dark Orb. I was delighted when Navlaan did killed the host. I absolutely hated that gank squad.

Thanks man Sunlight Spear is awesome in this game I love it. Just checked your faith build btw it was amazing. That backstep parry into disconnect was hilarious ahahah fastest dc in the west. Jealous of WoG though, I couldn't bother to go ng++ just for one spell. Wish bonfire ascetics worked to get it.

@@darksoulsbuildsandcosplays975 I guess it's better to rush down the host sometimes. There is no logic killing the same summon 3 times in a row. This'll get you killed quickly in most cases but I should've focused on the host more often. Dude got 4 kills on me and you should've seen how cocky they all were each time ahaha
@@Lunadherent lol. I've down that road before. Most host like tend to hang back and let the phantoms pressure, then run back and grab any phantoms killed. But at any rate I understand how you must have felt. You were a problem for a 4v1, lol. They had no business gloating. You was wearing them out. 💪💪💪

Ahahaha it physically hurt this character every once in a while but I found 96 agility to be fine for the most part.
@@Lunadherent currently re-creating this build on ps4, we will see how it goes, i will make a pve oriented faith build first and respec with all the gear farmed. Hexes got boring

hello im doing a faith build and im currently using heide sword can i go through the game with it since i dont want to use the defender gs bc of it's color im currently using looking glass knight armor
Yes you can, it is a pretty good dps weapon but I'd also keep a Mace with me. There are many enemies that are vulnerable to blunt/strike damage and it can be really helpful against armored enemies if you're doing a str/fai hybrid like I do but if you're doing a pure faith build, lightning infused Heide Sword will melt most things. I do recommend having a fire Zweihander and a raw infused weapon against enemies with high lightning damage though.

@@theskeletonsansandpapyrus742 Bc it already has innate lightning damage and it scales off with faith. Also, you can make it even better by using Lightning Blade on it. It's like how Crypt Blacksword is almost always better with Dark infusion. Btw I'd keep my Mace uninfused if you have around 25 strength. If you'll just use a lightning infused Mace, it won't be better than Heide anyway. Try to have a pure physical weapon with you.

The build is in the description. Both builds are fun btw. You can check out my hexer video, it has the build in description as well. I'd recommend trying this faith build though, I've had more fun with miracles and weapon variety.

Any faith weapons recommendations?
Defender Greatsword (hits like a truck), Thorned GS (fun moveset), Heide Knight Sword (fast and devastating with Sunlight Blade) and Heide Knight Lance which is amazing at roll catching and distance closing. When buffed with Sunlight Blade, Heide Knight can be one of the best weapons in the game.
@@Lunadherent what about the heide knight spear?
@@MrStinkels It's probably just as good but I never used it bc of the high skill requirement. I don't think it's worth it to spend that many points into dexterity if you're going to stay at SL150/2M SM range. You can see my build in the description and there's not much wiggle room to invest any other points. It's another story if you'll go as high as SL200 but I wouldn't recommend going beyond 2 million soul memory.
@@Lunadherent isnt a lightning infused longsword simply better than the heides sword? Been a while since i ve played this game
@@MrStinkels No Heide's AR is slightly better. It also has 50 more lightning AR when both are infused. So Heide makes more use of Sunlight Blade. You can have a fire infused Longsword as a back up against high Lightning defense having players though.
That's very good actually, really nice music (the 1st track especially) , but to many minutes. Should be 1-5 for such highlights, no more
