Bcz carbon comming in 14th group where as oxygen comming in 16 th group from left to right electropositivity decreases hence carbon is more electropositive than oxygen

Why does it seem like pcl5 have 6 cl ions surrounding . shouldn't it have 5 chlorides ,thus 10 electrons around the phosphorus instead of 12

Ma'am i have one doupt " oxygen's covalent electrons is 6 and in secound example u say 3 oxigen atoms were bonded with carbon then on that 2 out of the three oxigen have single bond with carbon then my doupt is that single bond means oxigen and carbons one and one electron share and remaining oxigen valance electron is 5 but why you put remain valance electron is 6 "
I think that remain one electron is comes from added of two electrons then why you put the -2 on the top corner
Mam you mistake in the subtraction in example 2 when you explain the tricks to write Lewis dot structure n3 =12 but you write 8 how mam?
