The pizza part was extra and unnecessary lol. I would've ate it at the deep fried or even before that.
I would eat it at every stage but I would almost have to be at the state fare to eat it past just pulled chicken lol

Hey KALEN take a riff on the recipe: Go Latin= then post bread/fry- avocado sauce on top with charazo (if you wanted meat) and cotija cheese.. or for BBQ Nod then layer with biscuits(vs. tortillas)-chicken - biscuits- then post press/ bread/fry - top with white sausage gravy, chicken fried steak pieces topped with cheddar cheese and then call a wheelbarrow Uber to get out of the place or have a medic waiting incase your arteries protest.
