[Material preparation] 3 servings
3 potatoes (medium size)
1/5 carrots
1/2 onions
a half wave
2T cooking oil
2 tons of salt
1 ton pepper

[Cooking order]
1. Clean, wash and peel potatoes.
2. Chop the potatoes and carrots.
3. Slice onions thinly and chop green onions.
4. Put water and salt in a pot or deep pan and cook the potatoes lightly.
5. Grease pan with cooking oil and stir-fry carrot and onion first.
6. Stir-fry the potatoes and add green onions, salt, and pepper.
