If the university I wish to transfer to requires an entrance test(BGE,BME)or any other thing like IELTS/TOEFL , do I need to pass the test and provide the university with IELTS/TOEFL score...??? Also If we will not get accepted to the university we wish to transfer to, what happens to our scholarship...??? Does HEC/TPF cancels our scholarship...???

I'm not sure about IELTS but if university requires a test then for sure you need to give that and ask for permission to HEC as i told in the video. You will get your university transfer without loosing scholarship status. :)
