No its just that the mic picks up everything and the feed to the tv is about half a sec delayed so it looks like it but she's not...i know because i work on those floats every year and we test the mics...you can be six blocks away and still hear it like the person was in your living room. anyways i just wanted to tell you...

no, all the people in the parade have to lip sync, cause they dont set up live mics that will pick up the wind and the screaming crowds of people. But they prerecord what they will arrange for the parade. So yes, they are lipsyncing
Ricki doesn't sing on the first one. The first one was not written as a musical. The musical was based on that movie. Some of the lines Ricki says in the first one is influenced for song titles for the musical.
or maybe he was doing something worthwhile for his career. and maybe you shouldn't talk unless you've heard him live, which i have and trust me, he sounds great
i dont necessary think that he ruined but i dont think he necessary added to the movie. it would have been easily to replace him but someone like john travolta u couldnt have hairspray as great as it was with him.
