Building in Baltimore right now. WE hired a phase inspector and i am also inspecting every phase of the home. also will hire a inspector for final walk thru. Make sure you all are checking in with what your county allows during building homes. For me Baltimore is very strict when I comes to building homes. They will no pass work if its not done right. Cali and Vegas is also very
left and have workers saying its okay or everything will be okay and where things can be done under table and your county just doesn't have strict enough building codes.

We just bought a home in Las Vegas with Richmond American...what a HUGE mistake! From their loan process to no bathroom window in it! And the list goes on!

It’s been 3 years since this was aired. What’s the status on the repair?

Residents should camp in front of their sales office and let all future potential homebuyers what they're in for.

Well 10 months in and im still staring at an incomplete kitchen with missing doors, missing moldings, missing hinges. 10 MONTHS! No followup and nothing but excuses! Crystal Valley Neighborhood in Castle Rock. Will never buy again!!! My father was moving to our neighborhood and he pulled his application. Absolutely terrible business!

Not only in Denver , Arizona is terrible. And then they send in supposedly workers and they don’t speak English, and make the house work! 6 months and not complete.

Common new home problems which the majority of new home builders around the world all share.
If you want a perfect dream home it doesn’t exist as there is no such thing. People are not perfect and anything they touch will be flawed.

All the new houses built in colorado are rushed witch means they are not built 100% that’s common sense deal whit it

Lol! Ya ok racist. I have worked construction for almost 25 years and it’s a people issue. People are not perfect and the houses are not custom. They are tract homes built in phases of 3-5 homes per phase. They are built too fast as demand for housing is always needed. I have worked with all races on site and it doesn’t matter what color you are the results are the same.
Imperfect and flawed just like your comment.
