Sole, I've learned to eat lamb watching you cook that meat. I'm Hawaiian. we eat pork, beef chicken, fish, Kalo. Lamb is really good when you use spices, just salt and pepper. It doesn't taste good at all. Thanks sole, curry is good with lamb.

How do yr grow taro here in sydney
Hi dear 😘, thank you for asking 😊. I buy my taro from the Asian shops. The very small ones, they use for soups. I planted them all over the place and water it ones a day. This taro, I only growing them for there leaves and you can eat all the leaves not like the taro in Samoa that you only eat the middle leaves 🤣. But if you planted it to eat the taro then don't use the leaves. I really hope this will help you 🙏💝💝💝🙏👌
How long do you cook the taro leaves for. Can you be able to give us the list of the ingredients please.
@alainachristian3910 💝, hi dear its all depends on how you want it to cooked your taro leaves. If you use a pot? You just have to cut it up and put it in the pot and add some water and salt then cook it for one hour and half until the water is nearly gone then you added some coconut cream and cooked it for another hour until most of the water from the coconut cream it all goes and you left with a nice thick creamy taro leaves. But if you do the oven once? Just mix the coconut cream with some onion and add it in the taro leaves then cover it with foil and then put it in the oven tray with little bit of water in the tray and put it the oven on the high heat and cook it for 2 hours and half. Which is why I had to ask u about how long I cook it for. I think I'd rather make it myself. Cause I was a bit disappointed wen I bought Lu Sipi at the Pasifika Night Market last fortnight.
