kronos could be more user friendly- looks very old and ancient.. i believe the interface and the interactivity cam improve alot! where are the genius programmers??

Alma, this was created for the employees of the City of Santa Monica, and our instance of Kronos will only work for City staff and their time here. It depends on how your company has it set up, and I suppose if the back-end database lives in the cloud. Check with your companies.
Kronos makes a lot of money with government accounts. We use it for payroll and it is not the best system.

Rey, it depends on your company's policy. Here at the City, have rules about what we can and cannot get paid for when we leave.
