    Curious, did this recharge fix the issue, or did the customer's A/C system need additional work? Thanks for your AWESOME video, and channel content. You are a terrific teacher!

      Recharging the A/C system fixed the problem it was just slightly low on charge and under performing. No additional work was needed. Thanks for the compliment.

    Thanks for the nice and very detailed video! I am asking for advice! My low pressure is very high. At the beginning it is 90 psi and after 15 minutes of running the motor it has risen and equalized with the high - 120-125 psi low and 125 psi high. The engine revs feel like the electronic clutch engages and disengages. What should I do? Car is 2015 Toyota Corolla with the R-134A refrigerant. The outside temperature is 25 C. Thanks!

      Sounds like the A/C compressor is not working or turning on. The low side should drop once the A/C is on. Low side should be around 30 to 40 PSI depending on the ambient temperature outside. High side will vary anywhere from 150 to probably 225 or 250 psi max. Everything with the engine running of course. I would check and inspect the A/C compressor and also have a look at the expansion valve as well. The expansion valve could be restricted causing this issue.

      @@moosemobileautorepair Thank you very much for the advice. I bought the car used and now I am using the air conditioner for the first time. After repairing the compressor, can I load the system with 12a refrigerant?

    • @moosemobileautorepair
      @moosemobileautorepair  5 месяцев назад +1

      @roumenpetkov5554 You need pure R134A in the system and nothing else. Do not use those cans containing R12a as those will contaminate and damage the A/C system. Most of the cans will have other chemicals inside there so they will damage the entire A/C system if used. You have to find only R134A either by the cans or by the tank with no other chemicals inside there.

      @@moosemobileautorepair Thanks again for the advice! The problem is that R134A it cannot be purchased in Quebec, Canada. Only 12a is allowed.
