In today's video I will be replacing both lower control arms on this late model Toyota mini-van as the old control arm bushings have separated. I will be showing the driver's side for the most part of this video and near the end I show a little bit on the passenger side. Both sides are relatively similar in procedure for replacement. This Sienna is the front wheel drive version in this video. Replacement should be similar for the all wheel drive version as well.
The labour/book time to do this job is approximately 9.1 hours for front wheel drive and 9.9 hours for all wheel drive. Typically, this job can be done in half or just under half of that time (typically 3 to 4 hours at most if everything goes well).
    Parts used in this video:

It would be interesting to know how many hours and how much the jobs cost, I say this because no channel does it and the workshops charge whatever they want, so we could have an idea.
