Kirovs sucks. Very costly, hard countered easily, and not effective enough to justify the rest. Helicopters are way better.
if u can allow yourself to make good use from kirovs it's because u're so much advantagious against your enemy that u can just bully him with those, but if u really want to make progress with soviet air, just go mass choppers, it's like mechanical rookies, and rookies are really good btw
A same price amount of scorpion or flak track could clean them up easily with some mirco
Strong early game terrible mid game, you spent way too long waiting for blue/green to do something and ended up building too many squids.
